SHIPPING AND RETURNS
PUIG DORIA orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday via the courier companies Correos Express or Nacex.
The locations to which PUIG DORIA products can be shipped are detailed below. Furthermore, shipping costs will be those estimated based on the destination of the shipment; these are at the CLIENT'S expense and will be added to the total amount of the selected products once the order is placed.
Orders are prepared once payment has been made.
DOMESTIC, ANDORRA AND PORTUGAL
- Spain (Peninsula) and Andorra: Delivery in 1 or 2 business days. Shipping cost €5.5 for orders under €200. For orders over €200, shipping is free.
- Balearic Islands: Delivery in 2 or 3 business days. Shipping cost €8.5.
- Canary Islands: Delivery in 3 or 4 business days. Shipping cost €13.
- Portugal: Delivery in 2 or 3 business days. Shipping cost €8.5.

EUROPE
Delivery in 3 or 4 business days. Shipping cost €39.

RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of receiving them, and we will issue the corresponding exchange for another product. Send us an email at puigdoria@puigdoria.com and we will explain the simple steps you need to follow. REFUNDS are not accepted unless due to a product defect; only exchanges for another item are allowed.
