HOW CAN I MODIFY, CANCEL, OR DELETE MY ORDER?
You can modify/remove from the shopping cart the item(s) you do not want, provided that you have not already processed your order. If you wish to modify your order once it has been processed, you must contact us via the email address puigdoria@puigdoria.com.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If, exceptionally, you receive an item that you did not order, you may return or exchange said item provided that it has not been used. For this purpose, we refer you to our returns and exchanges policy.
MAKING A RETURN
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of receiving them, and we will issue the corresponding exchange for another product. Write us an email at puigdoria@puigdoria.com and we will explain the simple steps you must follow. NO REFUND is admitted unless it is due to a product defect; only exchanges for another item are accepted.
WHAT IS THE PRICE AND DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
The locations to which PUIG-DORIA products can be sent are detailed below. Likewise, the shipping costs will be those estimated based on the destination of the shipment and are borne by the CUSTOMER, and will be added to the total amount of the selected products once the order has been placed.
DOMESTIC
- Spain and Andorra: Shipments in 1 or 2 business days. Shipping cost €5.5 for orders under €200. For orders over €200, shipping is free.
- Balearic Islands: Shipments in 2 or 3 business days. Shipping cost €8.5.
- Portugal: Shipments in 2 or 3 business days. Shipping cost €8.5.
EUROPE
Shipments in 3 or 4 business days. Shipping cost €39.
